Warranty Coverage

All Hardy Supply hardware products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use
  • Functional failure due to manufacturing issues
  • Structural integrity of hardware components

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, rust, scratches, or cosmetic damage
  • Improper installation or use not in accordance with product instructions
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Use in commercial or industrial settings (unless explicitly stated)

How to Submit a Claim

Please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name or SKU
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will evaluate your request and respond with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or repair at our discretion.

Important Notes

- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

- Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.

- This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
