Refund policy

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Returns must include all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items showing signs of misuse, installation damage, or modification
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hardysupply.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
